Manage flower garden installations from inception to completion including client contact. Must possess the ability to read blueprints, and manage grading and planting crews. Supervisor needed with annual & perennial knowledge for installations and maintenance to oversee and work with multiple crews. Ability to work with high-profile customers and set standards of excellence. Expertise in generating sales is important. Spanish speaking is a plus.
